Mitch is an experienced & passionate Cosmetic Nurse and the founder of Refresh Aesthetics, with a love for cosmetic artistry & the impact her work has on people's confidence and self-esteem.

For over 30 years, Mitch has been a Registered Nurse and Midwife, dedicating the last 16 to cosmetic nursing. Being up-to-date with the newest technology and maintaining safety are always her top priorities.

As a NZANA member with support from Dr Ellen Selkon and Clinic42 in Auckland, so we are lucky to have access to expert advice anytime. Mitch's broad experience in healthcare adds valuable skills like critical thinking and communication, enhancing the safety and quality of care we provide.

We are also a huge believers in "giving back" and do so in our mentoring "Shadow Me" days to nuture and grow the next generation of cosmetic injectors. 

At Refresh, we believe in working closely with clients to achieve subtle yet effective results, following a 'less is more' approach to avoid the appearance of having had 'work' done. 

We incredibly proud to have two boutique clinics in the Waikato with Te Awamutu opening four years ago, and we were absolutely thrilled to expand our care even further with the launch of our brand-new Cosmetic clinic in Hamilton in February 2025.
