Safety, Artistry, Integrity
Hi I’m Mitch
I love what I do and the relationships I get to build with my clients. I love the artistry and skill it takes to be a successful Cosmetic Nurse, but most of all, I love having an impact on people’s lives and their confidence, which is what truly drives my passion for appearance medicine.
I have been a Registered Nurse & Midwife for 30 years, with 13 years as a Cosmetic Nurse keeping up with the latest technology and research is a must in this role, and safety is absolutely paramount. I am an accredited CANN member with medical oversight (off-sight) from expert Cosmetic Medicine Specialist Dr Ellen Selkon and the medical team at Clinic42 in Auckland. I am fortunate to receive additional advanced training and collegial support from these Doctors and can seek advice and help from them 24/7.
I have extensive experience in many specialities, including critical care areas. This experience brings many reassuring
skills for this role which include; critical thinking, emergency management, acute assessment skills, great communication,
a holistic approach and compassion for all. I also have a passion for design which ties in nicely with the creativity of
what I do.
I work in partnership with clients and offer suitable options to achieve the natural results they seek. My motto has always been “less is more”; the ultimate goal is to look refreshed and rejuvenated without looking like you have had obvious “work” done.
I have recently moved back to my hometown of Te Awamutu, and it feels great to be back. I believe TA really is an up and coming wee place, and I feel excited to be the first dedicated Cosmetic Injectable & Advanced Skincare Clinic in town. I'm super excited to be opening Refresh Raglan in mid June 2023.
If you would like to know more about what I have to offer, come and have a friendly, pressure-free chat sometime by booking a consultation appointment and see what treatment options may best suit you.
